At B&W we take great pride in offering quality products selected with your pet in mind.
If the item you have selected is not as described or has been damaged during shipment or is otherwise defective, you may contact us at email@example.com. We may request you send the item back to us.
Address for return by request upon return authorization.
Items accepted for return shipment if received in error, or not as described or damaged in transit must conform to the following:
- Be returned with original packaging and tags.
- Be returned unopened, and in brand new, resalable condition.
- Not have been worn, washed, and be free of pet hair or smell.
We reserve the right to refuse a return shipment if the above conditions are not met, in most cases, customers may only be eligible to return for exchange.
B&W does not accept return of any items even for exchange, when the item is personalized or is marked as “final sale.”
Due to health regulations, all pet food items, treats and other perishables, pet dining feeders and/or bowls, grooming products, pet beds, sanitary items, and plush toys are non-refundable and considered final sale.
If the item you receive is defective or damaged in transit, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt. B&W will then investigate the matter and requires you to assist us in working with insuring parcel carriers or original manufacturer.
B&W reserves the right to accept items for exchange only.
